From the terrace-level open concept that unites the kitchen and family room to the sweeping two-tier back porch overlooking the water, this home is cleverly crafted for memory making and together time. Marking the heart of the home, the kitchen is beautifully framed in white cabinets and granite countertops. Equipped with everything you need, it features stainless steel appliances, including a party capacity ice machine that produces up to 25 pounds of ice per day – ideal for filling up the cooler for a boat ride and picnic on the lake. The adjoining family room is surrounded by windows and bathed in natural light with plenty of cozy seating and board games. This floor also boasts a full bathroom for showering off after a dip in the lake.To ensure a balance of much-needed me time, the three bedrooms on the second floor all feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and private baths. This level also supplies a utility room for washing and drying those beach towels in between lake adventures. A spacious fourth bedroom on the newly added third floor boasts a bonus room – offering the most awe-inspiring views of the lake. The neighboring “bunk room” features four twin beds, a double futon and a full bathroom – making it the perfect spot for accompanying teens or kids.A private backyard pier over the water is perfect for casting a line, docking small watercraft or dipping your toes in the lake. Steps on the side offer easy entry for a swim or paddleboarding.
