There are lots of hang-out spaces for large families or groups: dock on the river with Adirondack chairs and propane grill, around the fire pit, extensive balcony with rocking chairs + screen balcony with rocking chairs. Upstairs Loft is a great hang-out space to enjoy board games and TV, as well as a dedicated workspace.From lounging on our dock, we have seen river otters, manatees, dolphins, a wide variety of fish, birds, and even deer!
