This raised ranch is located in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. Experience the quietness and enjoy slowing the pace of your life down. The property offers hiking and snowshoeing trials out the backdoor. It’s 5 minutes to a grocery store and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington, with local shops and eateries. The basement has a game room with a piano, air hockey table, dart board, and TV.The house is 5 minutes to the Narrow Garage trail for biking and snowmobiling, 5 minutes to Titcomb Mountain, which is a small family friendly ski mountain with mountain biking, Nordic and downhill skiing. It's a 1 hour ride to bigger mountains for skiing and hiking. Only a 25 minute drive to Mt. Blue State Park for ice skating, Nordic skiing and snowmobiling, offers beautiful views of the Tumble Down range, and surrounding mountains . Wilson Lake and Clearwater are roughly 15 minutes with Web lake about 25 minutes away. These lakes are perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing, and swimming.
