POOL- With a 3 ft spring board and generous dimensions, the pool is ideal for laps and swimming. Soak in the full summer sun or under the ample shade from the two pergolas. You will have direct access to the pool from the king bedroom (honeymoon suite) or from the kitchen and living room area.KITCHEN & GARDEN- The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a fully stocked spice cabinet, variety of cookware, serve ware, high end Dacor appliances plus some of our favorite seasonal recipes. The chef’s garden is maintained all year round for picking fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, veggies & berries so you can curate your own farm to table experience straight from the Valley. BEDS- The house comfortably sleeps 11 with 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 4 TWIN BEDS downstairs, 2 TWIN BEDS upstairs and 1 PULL-OUT TWIN in the Master. The Master also has an attached nursery with a crib, toddler bed is available as well along with bedding for both. REMOTE WORK- SpaceX internet is extremely reliable (100+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload) and supports multiple streaming devices and Webex video calls simultaneously. Eero mesh network extends the service around the house. Cell service is also strong.ACCESS- You will be conveniently located 40 minutes from the 198 Sequoia Park entrance with an excellent selection of breakfast and lunch options along the way (the 180 entrance to Grant Grove is also easily accessible down beautiful country roads). You 5 minutes from Kaweah Oaks Preserve (great for bird watching!) and 20 minutes from the Kaweah Lake Marina, with the town of Three Rivers just beyond. For city access, you will be just 10 minutes away from the nearest towns of Exeter, Woodlake and Farmersville and 15 minutes to downtown Visalia with a variety of culinary dine-in choices from Thai, Mexican, and Salvadoran to brew pubs, steaks, and fine dining.
