Such a fun space with lots of outdoor spaces for photo opportunities! Inside you'll find a spacious living and dining area with games and smart TV, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed and an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have bathtubs, perfect for the kids (or adults!) to soak after a long adventure in the Sequoia! The garage will fit a large truck or SUV. Light, bright, and airy, this is the perfect home base for all your adventures while in town.Guest AccessGuests have access to this beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with free garage parking, WiFi, a fenced backyard, and a full-size washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal and has a drip coffee maker and water kettle. The backyard includes patio furniture, chimenea fire pit, and drought-tolerant landscaping.Other details to noteThe garage does not have a "clicker", but must be opened using the button inside the garage. The gate to the backyard must also be opened from the inside of the backyard. You'll have to enter the home first using your personal key code before opening the side gate or garage.Neighborhood descriptionNorth of Main Street, this funky craftsmen style home is one of the most beautiful historic homes in the area! 5 minutes or less drive to some of Visalia's finest restaurants, boutiques, Rawhide Stadium, Redwood Highschool, LJ Williams, and the Fox Theater. Under 45 minutes to the entrance of Sequoia National Park! Surrounding towns include Exeter, Tulare, Hanford/Lemoore, and Kingsburg. Just over half an hour to Fresno and Fresno Yosemite Airport.House Rules1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.2. Honesty is the best policy! Max occupancy is 6 after 4 guests, $20 per person, per night. The correct number of guests must be disclosed. An additional child may sleep on the couch, but we don't believe more than this would be comfortable.Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are welcome! $100 pet fee. 2 pets max.3. No parties! Please respect our ranch as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.4. Be respectful! Please drive slowly down the lane. Park in the designated parking space by the sign, please don't block the garage. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.5. Have fun!
