This home features 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom, large living room, sitting area, eat in kitchen, large master with private porch, screened/covered pool. Minutes away from equestrian fields and events. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED for an additional charge *fees will be applied for heating pool 50.00 per night. And will run from check in to check out . PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE POOL.. there will be a 100.00 retrieval fee for submerged items left in the pool. 🔔 RING CAMERAS 🎥 ON DRIVEWAY SIDE WALKWAY leading to front door backyard facing street , side yard facing street ** NO CAMERAS INSIDE OR FACING POOL1 guest bedroom closet is locked off as well as the garage.
