The first floor has a combination kitchen/living/dining space with lots of natural light, master bedroom with a lake view, bathroom, and laundry. It features a stunning custom kitchen with premium stainless appliances and granite countertops. The second story features two oversized bedrooms, one overlooking the lake & another full bath. All landscaping and snow removal is provided to yield more time for activities to boost your lifestyle. The house has an automatic stand-by generator for piece of mind in the event of a power outage. One of the highlights of the spring-fed Big Lake, is its large sandbar which serves as a great meeting place for friends. Enjoy excellent fishing on the lake and in the winter you can try your hand at ice fishing and ice hockey. Check out the 3 ski resorts (Pineknob, Mt. Holly, and Alpine Valley) that are within 15-20 minutes. Only a short drive to Pineknob Music Theater and the delicious Clarkston restaurants. There are several fantastic golf courses within 5-10 minutes. Close to I-75 & major conveniences, too!
