This is a 2-unit condo where the owner made it into one unit. The home features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two living room areas, two entrances, one kitchen, and two small patios off of the living areas. The condo sits on the bottom floor with views of the bay and pool. A $1000 deposit is due upon signing and is refundable.Other things to noteThe deposit is due upon signing and is refundable after the tenant's stay minus any damages that may occur during the tenant's stay. The deposit is refundable within 21 days after moving out. There is a cap on the gas and electric of $400/month. Anything over will be taken out of the tenant's deposit.
