There’s outside dining on the peaceful patio garden with BBQ and outdoor fireplace for the evenings. The Jacuzzi and outdoor surf shower are perfect for recovering from a day spent at the beach and mature fruit trees will be ripe for picking. The upstairs features the master bedroom with shower and a quiet library space with floor to ceiling books. Other amenities include Sonos audio system, cable and internet. Of the 3 bedrooms downstairs, one has a private bathroom and two share the third bathroom. A two-car garage (with wheelchair access to the house) and two off-street parking spaces will accommodate plenty of cars for busy gatherings.
