This peaceful year-round getaway directly on the lake sleeps 12. Whether you like snowmobiling/skiing/ice fishing in the winter, swimming, boating or fishing in the summer or enjoy leaf peeping in fall, this is the perfect place for family gatherings.The spaceThe upper level of the house (main floor) has a fully equipped, stainless steel kitchen, cozy living room with leather couches and gas fireplace, 3 bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom with walk-in shower and door to wrap around porch with views of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, with a twin up top, full below and another twin in the trundle. The main floor has a second bathroom with tub and shower conveniently located across from a large washer and dryer.Kids will have a blast in the the lower level with a large family room with flat screen smart TV, board games, and bar area with mini-fridge. There is also a fourth bedroom with three queen beds with one separated by a curtain.Relax on the covered and uncovered deck with outdoor seating, picnic table, waterside fire pit, private dock, kayak, aluminum rowboat and water floats. Enjoy over 500 ft of waterfront on the shallower side of the lake. The depth of the water at end of the dock is approximately 4 feet deep. The dock can accommodate a pontoon boat - bring your own or rent one at the local marina.Come enjoy a beautiful part of Maine! There are 3 ski mountains within a half hour drive. There are ATV/snowmobiling and hiking trails nearby off private access road leading to house and a downtown Norway offers quant shops and local restaurants.No smoking, pets or parties.Guest accessLockboxOther things to noteHouse is located on hillside.
