This is a place for a memorable summer in Maine, with a private dock, two kayaks, a pair of stand-up paddleboards, and a canoe to take out on the water daily. Sunday River Resort is open for all seasons with an on-site dock and is great for canoeing and outdoor activities.This lakefront home boasts a quiet, rural setting just over two miles outside downtown Norway. The incredible lake view can be taken in as you prepare breakfast in the kitchen, grill and dine on the expansive back deck, and gather around the firepit each evening for s'mores, stories, and stargazing.The living spaces are spread out across three floors, with wood-paneled walls adding warmth and character throughout. The great room combines the well-equipped kitchen (with a large breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances), the dining area, and a cozy living room with a big-screen TV and a leather sectional. For even more at-home fun, head downstairs to the game room in the walk-out basement to find air hockey, foosball, and another TV.Additional features include a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and window air-conditioning. THINGS TO KNOWThree smart TVs area available.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
