Gas log fireplace is cozy on cool season nights or early mornings. Two bedrooms, one bath, and living area upstairs. Three bedrooms, two baths and one half bath downstairs. Two large dining areas and updated large kitchen with serving and prep island. Whole house standby generator in event of power outage. Come enjoy the warmth and charm of this country estate. Only one hour east of downtown Dallas off I-20 and 40 minutes west of Tyler in beautiful East Texas wooded country! Minutes to Canton's famous First Monday Trade Days and a variety of restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Bookings available First Monday Trade Days Weekends in Canton and other times of the month as well. There is a 3 night minimum stay.
