This corner unit is also engulfed with natural light. The 3rd level offers 2 separate bedrooms along with 1 full shared bathroom. In addition there is a full sized washer and dryer. The 2nd guest bedroom has a full sized bed. This has been upgraded so if you are reading some of the comments this has been changed to better serve our guests. This bedroom also offers the capability to operate as a private home office if desired. The top level consist of the spacious roof top deck, which allows for a perfect place to dine, enjoy a glass of wine, catch a sunset and enjoy the views of the Rocky Mountains, Sloans Lake, Broncos Stadium and the beautiful Denver City Skyline.Guest accessYou will have the home entirely to yourself! There are 2 bedrooms, with a shared full bathroom. Entry level also has a 1/2 bath. Please note that for everyone's security a Nest doorbell camera and outside camera are installed and video is recorded. There are no active cameras inside the home.There are 2 flights of stairs & no child safety features so this home is not recommended for young and / or unsupervised children.Other things to noteWe have a strict non-smoking inside of the property policy. This is a completely non smoking home. Please refrain from using any type of smoking products inside this property. You are welcome to use the roof top deck as long as all smoking trash is properly removed and disposed of.
