Whether you are a traveler or professional in need of a place to stay for 30 days or more The MOA house will not disappoint with Wifi. The main guest must show/upload a copy of their valid ID Card before or at the time of check-in.1. No Shoes in the house!2. No Loud Parties!3. Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am.4. You will be charged for damaged sheets, towels, and any items that you break or damage.5. No Extra Overnight Guests are allowed without approval from the Host(costs extra $25.00/guest).6.
