This cozy victorian home has three bedrooms, two baths, dining room, living room, an all new kitchen, a charming front porch and a spacious back deck. You can experience true historic charm with all the modern comforts of home. Walk to the University of Northern Colorado or downtown Greeley, or just stay in and enjoy this house!Our two story home has two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living and dining area downstairs and a full bedroom and bath, complete with claw foot tub, upstairs. Relax on the front porch or enjoy the large back yard and the rear deck. There is plenty of on the street parking in front and secure, gated off street parking in the back. The whole house is yours. The kitchen is fully remodeled and the house has new A/C, heat, hot water, electrical and internet. Walk anywhere from the house for a night out on the town or a day on campus, or enjoy your time in our cozy home with the books, games, television and internet we provide. We also have bicycles available for your use if you want to get to know the town by bike!
