There is a full laundry room with front loading washer and dryer as well as ironing board and iron. We have TV's in the living room, and 2 of the bedrooms with all offering Sling, Hulu and Disney+. We have high-speed internet and an office set up in one of the bedrooms. The home is centrally located within a 10 minute drive to all Quad Cities attractions as well as the Quad City International airport and is within walking distance of tennis courts, a park with children's play equipment and the Mississippi River bike trail. Downtown Davenport, the Village of East Davenport, Downtown Moline and Downtown Bettendorf are all within a 5 minutes drive.
