Charming Duplex - Clean & Ready for Groups! Whether you are in town for football, business, or relaxation, this cozy four-bedroom home is ready for you and yours! With 2 bedrooms on each side of the duplex, with a king bed, queen bed, two futons, and a couch, and the other side of the duplex with the same, we're ready with plenty of comfortable sleeping options. The spacious kitchen is stocked with coffee, pots and pans, dinnerware and more. Conveniently located only 8 miles from AU's campus, so come enjoy our home and bring your friends!Enter into a fun-filled living room on each side of the duplex with a large tv and plenty of seating. The space opens into the kitchen with table and appliances ready for you. Back through the living room is the hall leading to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, perfect for a good night's sleep. There are two bedrooms on each side of the duplex, one with a king bed, another with a queen bed and a comfy futon. The open living room has a couch and futon as well.There are 2 spacious kitchens (one on each side) that both have a four-chair table, plenty of storage space, appliances, pots and pans, and dining ware. It is also fully stocked for your cooking needs. A laundry room is also attached to both kitchens.There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo on each side of the duplex and starter toiletries are provided in both.Guests will have access to both sides of the duplex.Need to burn some time? Play some board games located in the living room, sit out on the lawn at the 4-person table, and of course, internet and smart tv’s are also available.
