While the first and second floors of the house may be rented separately, the two bedrooms on the second floor can only be rented to one party, for privacy.The spacious second-floor bathroom has a pedestal sink, and a large heart-shaped, corner whirlpool tub for two with a handheld shower sprayer. The whirlpool is trimmed with granite, with a black and white tiled floor. While there is no formal kitchen on this floor, there is a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker.
