Updated lakefront house - Gladwin Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 full bath waterfront house with a fantastic view of Secord Lake. Our house is rustic with modern charm and amenities. It is well maintained, clean, and equipped with all the basic necessities you will need to enjoy your stay, for a fun and relaxing escape. There are multiple outdoor deck areas for dining and relaxation. Space includes a large boardwalk with seating with upfront lake views and firepit area for cozy evenings. We just finished a full remodel in 2024. Updates include, new flooring throughout, new furnishings, ceiling fans, 2 completely updated bathrooms with walk in showers. Bedrooms have been updated with new mattresses and will sleep 6 comfortably. New stainless steel appliances, including stackable washer and dryer and dishwasher. Extra-large driveway allows plenty of space for your off road vehicles. NOTE: We are part of Secord Lake, which currently has lowered water levels due to ongoing dam repair.
