Firewood on site is not for guests use. Fire must be put out by 10PM and should never be left unattended📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood 🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be asked to roll bins down for pick up. Pick up day is Thursday morning.🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-8AM🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is requiredGarage is our storage space and not for guests use.☺ We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
