You are 5 minutes drive to Kaiser and Sutter Hospitals. We welcome you to stay at our lovely home!Very private home surrounded by green belt and at the end of a cul-de-sac. Family room and living room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, one bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Jetted tub in master along with shower and 2 walk-in closets.Park in the driveway or on the cul-do-sac. Drive to 5-star restaurants in less then 5 minutes, including Mikuni and House of Oliver's. 10 minutes to Folsom Lake and the Galleria Mall, and 20 minutes to Thunder Valley Casino.We are located nearby if you need anything. You can contact us on the app, which we check regularly. You can text or call if we don't respond to app message and you need something right away.This is a nice quiet family neighborhood. You are close to a park and just to the left of the home is an entrance to Miners Ravine Trail Loop. You are centrally located in Roseville, only a 5-15 minute drive from shops, restaurants, hospitals, the Galleria mall, Roseville Golfland miniature golf, and arcade, and Sunsplash Waterpark, Folsom Lake, Top Golf golfing range, indoor sky diving,Miner’s Ravine Trail leads all of the way to Old Roseville. Explore this beautiful green belt. In one of the best school districts in the valley, Eureka School District.- Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $50/hour. Please let us know the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We do a thorough cleaning between guests and we kindly ask that before leaving, place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out the trash. Please leave the home generally as you found it.- August Smart Lock: When leaving or upon checkout, press the Yale logo or checkmark and the deadbolt will lock. You do not need to enter the code to lock the door. It will lock automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.- Garbage: We have arranged for a garbage collection service to pick up trash from our property. Assure your vehicles are not blocking the garbage cans. Please take your garbage out to the cans on the right side of the home by Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning pickup so that garbage does not accumulate.
