Unique Space In The Foothills Of The Smokies Downtown Maryville Our little pink house is unique, cozy and convenient, located less than a half mile from downtown Maryville. The property is set on the edge of a residential neighborhood that boarders the downtown business district. You will find yourself in walking distance of several local businesses, restaurants, and bars. This convenience is hard to find in Maryville. You will also be in walking distance of Maryville College and Maryville High School. Our home is decorated with a personal eclectic style and doubles as an art studio when not rented. Currently we offer internet access and Netflix TV. Parking is behind the house. There are two steps up to the front porch from a pea gravel front walkway. The home is not wheelchair, or really even handicap, accessible.
