Minutes from Purgatory Mountain Resort, you'll have easy access to trails and outdoor adventure. Enchanting views, vaulted ceilings, chef's kitchen and resort amenities create your dream vacation home. The perfect spot to relax after skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, rafting or exploring the Four Corners region! Comfortably sleeps 8 people with private access and enhanced cleaning to keep you safe.Our mountain retreat has all the comforts of home! High speed broadband - good for streaming and video conferencing, a coffee and tea bar with a variety of specialty Keurig pods, a chef's kitchen with cooking staples, a brand-new Peloton, smart Tv's/Roku, a large fireplace with ample firewood, and a full-sized washer and dryer. There is covered parking for one car under the condo in the garage level, with a private entrance leading up a flight of stairs to the main entry door. There is extra free parking available near the Benchmark building and Lot B. There is also a loading area with a private entrance around the back of the condo so you can easily unload all your belongings. Upon entering the condo, you'll be able to store all of your ski and sporting equipment in the foyer. The first floor features a large, open living/dining/kitchen area complete with a dining table for 6, a living room with a fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating, and large picture windows with mountain views. The main floor bedroom has a king bed with an adjacent full bath. The second floor has an open loft with a TV and seating (including a sleeper sofa). The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a private balcony with breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains, a flat screen TV, and spacious, spa-like bathroom. The guest room has 2 twin beds and a connected full bathroom. Our condo community also has a large indoor pool & hot tubs, outdoor hot tubs, BBQ grills, a workout facility, and a new restaurant, The Lift at Cascade Village!
