The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room allowing everyone to stay connected when relaxing downstairs. The dinette seats four while the living room has a pull-out couch which provides additional sleeping. The couch is comfy and spacious so you can enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV or a good book. There is satellite service in the condo with many TV options so you can stay up on your favorite shows or current events.The downstairs bathroom has everything you need and a lot of space for you to get ready for the day. The bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks, and an over-sized jetted tub with shower! This condo at Cascade Village is only 1.6 miles from Purgatory (Durango Mountain Resort).Cascade Village is the ideal location for year-round fun. It's located 26 miles north of Durango, 1.6 miles north of Purgatory Resort, and 20 miles south of Silverton. Cascade Village has so much to offer in all seasons.
