No parties, and no pets on or in the property.*No burning candles or any open flame inside house. * EV charger is unavailable at residence. *A long-term (40 days or longer) stay requires a monthly cleaning service at guests’ expense$99.*Damaged linen fees may apply not to exceed $50.00*Trash pickup is Monday morning; the canister should be put to the street every Sunday evening provide that you’re staying on those days. * Thermostat temps are adjustable between low 70 cooling/ high heat 77 degrees. *No refunds for power, internet, or cell service outages, inclement weather, road work, appliance failures, or anything that is beyond host’s control.*Trained & registered service animal is allowed; however, it must go with the owner when the owner is not in the unit. It should never be left in unit unattended. An unattended animal left in unit is a house rule violation and will be treated as such. *Check out is 11am, remove all trash from unit, put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. Turn off lights. Lock all exterior doors upon exit.*Should house rules be violated you will not be refunded for any used or unused booking/booked dates.By making a reservation, guests acknowledges that they have read this listing in its entirety and agree to all house policies and rules.
