It features comfortable couches and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table, providing a perfect spot for relaxing or hosting guests.The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also features plenty of storage space, making it easy to keep your kitchen organized and tidy. The bathroom is clean offers a shower/tub combination, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day.Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor which is Apartment 2 of this beautiful duplex and one parking spot in the rear of the property. Stays for 5 days or more will also have access to the laundry room in the basement of the house.We give our guests space however we are available to assist, if needed.The neighborhood is centrally located to all that Cincinnati has to offer. The duplex is located on a quiet family oriented street near the culdesac.We have a driveway and parking in the rear of the property. A Montessori elementary school is less than a block away therefore during school pick up and drop off times there is so traffic on the street for a minimal amount of time.
