New to the rental market, book a week away in Green Harbor ~ Marshfield at this newly renovated, super cozy beach house.This home is the second to last house on a dead end street in beautiful Green Harbor. Views of the Marsh and the sunset at night are amazing!! Walk past a few houses and you are on the beach. Green Harbor Beach (Burke's Beach) is a short walk to the left, and Duxbury Beach is to the right! Bring your bikes, kayaks or golf clubs! Ride or walk to the Green Harbor General Store (The Genny), the Green Harbor Lobster Pound (best lobster roll and fried seafood) or the Coffee Shack for a coffee and freshly made donut! All are local favorites - you will not be disappointed!!! Take a quick drive to Brant Rock and enjoy the many indoor and outdoor dining options such as Haddads, The Venus, The Jetty and the Fairview. About the house....fully equipped kitchen with dine in table that seats 4 with an additional 2 seats at the high top counter. Living room has an L shaped sectional and a flat screen tv. Small seating area with 2 chairs and an end table - perfect for morning coffee! Bedroom # 1 has a queen size bed and plenty of storage in the closet. Bedroom # 2 has a full size bed with a twin size trundle bed under. Sun room has a sofa which pulls out to a full size sleeper sofa. House has central air-conditioning as well as a washer and dryer. Enjoy the fenced in backyard and have a BBQ with friends / family. Picnic table and grill are provided. There is also an outdoor shower.Plenty of parking in the driveway (6 cars or so)
