Just a short 10-minute drive from Notre Dame University, our house offers a perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility. Explore the campus and then unwind in our spacious home. Ideal for families and friends. We would love to host you!The Space:Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital code. Step inside the foyer; the half bathroom is to the left, the family room with a sectional couch is to the right, and if you continue straight through, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen. Left of the kitchen is the living room with two chairs, a TV, and a queen-size sofa bed. Off the kitchen to the right is the dining room.All four bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed, two rooms have queen beds, and the last has a bunk bed.We hope you find some time to enjoy our outdoor space! A patio with furniture, a gas grill, and a gas firepit are available for your use!There is a bath chair for infants stored in the 2nd-floor bathroom cabinet.Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.Please Note: Dogs are allowed at our home, once the pet fee is paid. Please message us for the pet fee and details around our pet policy.The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.If you would like to use the fire pit or grill during your stay please bring fire starters.There are cameras on the property.
