It varies as to how often and how many trains pass by each day/night. Sound machines and ear plugs are provided to guests. Train enthusiasts love this aspect of our home! The train is a part of the history of our home and Harrodsburg. Please notify us when you have vacated the property. If possible, we like to have the property prepared and cleaned for the next guests as soon as possible. ✔ Late checkout fees apply at the rate of $250.00 per hour✔ We will not approve modification requests that are outside of the moderate cancellation policy as stated in the listing as we have turned other guests away for your dates. ✔ This is a non smoking/vaping property inside. ✔ No smoking allowed near the kitchen or front door of home. ✔ We require you to dispose of any and all cigarette butts, cigars, etc. outside of the home. ✔ Place cigarettes/cigars in the sand flower pot located at the far right of the deck. ★Penalties of $500 to be assessed for violating this policy as well as immediate removal without reimbursement for your stay.
