Wi-fi, laundry room, full kitchen, etc. 2 bedrooms have queen beds. 1 bedroom has bunk beds. 7 blocks from the Hardin Ridge park entrance and Lake Monroe. Home was built in 2021!Other things to noteModern accommodations with plenty of room to relax in a peaceful setting. If you want to leave (you won't have to), you are 20 minutes from Bloomington shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! This is a new home that was built in 2021 on privately owned land. Additional rulesMust be 25 to rent. Sorry, no pets are allowed. No smoking inside of the home. Self-entry through the side door (code will be provided). The master bedroom closet is not accessible to guests. Bedroom closets 2 and 3 are available.No events or parties.No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
