It includes two king beds, three queen beds, and a full-size bunk bed, ensuring plentiful sleeping arrangements for all guests.If you need anything, please text me or send a message through the appHome is located directly across from Kesling Park, where you can enjoy tennis courts and a walking trail.There is a two car garage and a large driveway for plenty of parking.There are 4 large bedrooms upstairs (2 Kings & 2 Queens) and an additional bedroom in the basement with a Queen bed. There is also a bunk bed in the common area of the finished basement. There is laundry on the 2nd floor. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor, 1/2 bath on the main and 3/4 bath in the basement. The interior has been extensively remodeled. The yard is fenced.Uber/Lyft is available but very limited.Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid driver's license or passport and sign and agree to our rental conditions. This is a quiet subdivision, so we want to be respectful of our neighbors. No parties. Please keep noise down. There is a security camera at the front door.
