In your pre-arrival instructions, you'll receive a code to the front door. You will not need to carry around a key! Please lock up when exiting the property. This property is in the heart of La Porte near public parks, beaches, and restaurants! You are just a few minutes from the free, public beach. Neighbors are close by, but there is a privacy fence. The property is located on a main road in LaPorte, so please expect some traffic! You will have access to the entire home, besides the locked utility room. There is key to the detached garage, which has the hot tub. To access the home, there are a few steps leading to the front door. There is free parking at the property. This open and inviting home is designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxation and socializing, featuring a cozy seating arrangement, a TV, and a variety of games to keep everyone entertained. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers a seamless flow for family meals and gatherings, with a well-equipped kitchen.The main floor boasts two sizable bedrooms. The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a built-in dresser unit, and a TV for your viewing pleasure. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with a queen-size bed and its own TV. A full bathroom on the main floor ensures convenience for all guests. Downstairs, the basement adds even more functionality with a laundry room and a large bedroom that comfortably sleeps multiple guests with its three full-size beds and another TV. There is also a ¾ bathroom for your convenience. Outside, the amenities continue to impress. You'll find ample free parking for all your vehicles, a relaxing hot tub housed in the detached garage, and a fire pit perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this Airbnb offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable experience.Some fast food restaurants are walkable. There are very few Ubers, Lyfts, and taxi's. You will need a car to get around. With management approval, we can sometimes accommodate certain pets for a fee. The fee is a non-refundable deposit of $75 per pet. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. There is absolutely no smoking in the home. Any smoking must be done 6 feet away from the house. Please pick up any smoking debris. The detached garage has been converted into a hot tub space. The beach is just a 3 minute drive across the street. There are kayak rentals at Soldiers Memorial Park and free public parking. We do not provide beach chairs or beach accessories.
