The upstairs with vaulted ceilings and lovely treetop views has a living room, bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with claw foot tub. The downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with stand up shower. The outdoor space comes equipped with a wagon for riding kiddos to the park and wood for fire pit. (S’more kit included) Free outdoor fitness center at Willow park, within walking distance. Edgewood park is only1/2 block away and has a basketball goal and tennis courts for your entertainment! Sports equipment is stored by the back door. Go play some tennis! Or set up badminton in the backyard. Everything you need is also stored by the back door on the shelf. You can’t beat this beautiful neighborhood with Victorian homes tucked away near I-70, downtown, and hospitals.
