Our property boasts two spacious living areas and a large, well-stocked kitchen featuring an industrial-sized stainless steel fridge and freezer. With a formal dining room seating eight, a breakfast table that seats six, and an additional adjoining sitting room, there's plenty of space for everyone.Relax in front of the 65-inch flat screen Roku TV, flanked by two oversized sofas. Our main bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, closet and shelf space, as well as an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and an oversized rainfall combo shower. The additional two bedrooms each have a comfortable queen bed and there are 2 additional full bathrooms. The bedrooms sleep a total of 6 people, and a seventh can sleep on the couches in the living areas.Located centrally in the heart of Topeka, you'll be just 2 minutes from Washburn University and only 5 minutes from Downtown, the Capital, and the famous Topeka Zoo.
