Located in central Topeka, a 5-minute walk to Washburn university, in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Great for events at Washburn, business travel, or anything else that might bring you to Topeka. The space is ideal for smaller groups or families. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living area with a large TV with Roku, couch, and two chairs. The kitchen is stocked and great for cooking, whether it's a making large meal or just reheating leftovers. There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds, and a large main bedroom with a king bed. The main bedroom also features a dedicated workspace and fast WiFi, great for remote work. The home can accommodate 6 guests comfortably, and a seventh on the living room couch. There is a large, fenced-in backyard, a perfect space for pets or kids to run around. In warmer months, we also have an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy some fresh air. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, a short 5-minute walk to Washburn's campus (0.2 miles). The central location makes accessible all that Topeka has to offer: it's a 3-min drive to the Evel Knievel Museum (1.3 miles); an 8-min drive to the Kansas Capitol (2.9 miles); a 10-minute drive to the Topeka Zoo and Gage Park (around 3 miles); and a 15-min drive to Lake Shawnee (6.5 miles). Overall, it is centrally located and an extremely easy to get to campus or downtown for any event you are in Topeka for! This fee must paid before receiving the entry code. This fee is not for extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste pick up.
