We keep up the fence in good condition but the bluff is naturally unstable specially after rainstorms and in the winter) 2) Do not linger underneath the huge maples during windy day: sometimes rotten or dry branches fall.ALSO IMPORTANT: Do not let bathroom, shower, bath or toilet flush running ! Do not use excessive toilet paper or flush sanitary or ANY other objects down the toilets.
