This 5 acre property has gently sloping fields to a wonderful cobblestone beach with private deep water granite pier and dock. This rustic cabin consists of one great room with vaulted ceilings and a loft to accommodate additional sleeping. The cabin includes a bunk bed with the upper bunk single and lower bunk double and a sleeper couch and a loft with queen size mattress.The beach is perfect for private lobster bakes, shelling and searching for sea glass or simply enjoying the incredible sunsets. The 150' pier with 24' floating dock will accommodate your boating activities along with a mooring suitable for a 50' vessel. The area is ideally suited for kayaking and sailing in the protected reaches of Blue Hill Bay.The Southwestern exposure provides incredible views towards Swans Island and the outer reaches of Blue Hill Bay.The villages of Bass Harbor and Bernard are approximately 1 mile away. There's great hiking along the shore or in the nearby National Park. An easy walk to the nearby bus stop provides free bus service throughout the island.
