Immerse yourself in Jerome's historic charm with contemporary comforts!The space**PLEASE NOTE: There is a flight of stairs to access the house!**Living Space: Unique artwork & furniture create a chic and relaxing atmosphere with a door that opens up to the front balcony that overlooks the entire Sedona / Verde Valley. Smart TV & WiFi are provided for your convenience!Kitchen: Offers a convenient and practical layout and a great space to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. Gather together with loved ones in this beautiful and thoughtfully designed home. Complete with all the necessities of home including a refrigerator, oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a Keurig duo type drip / k cup coffee maker! There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and spices. Bedroom 1: A King- sized bed sits at the center of this space and a window that opens up to the expansive Verde Valley and distant Sedona Red Rocks! This room is access by a sliding barn style door from the family room.Second Bedroom: equipped with a queen-sized bed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. Bathroom: There is one bathroom just off the 2nd bedroom and kitchen space, with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.*Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience*The property is meticulously maintained and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay.***PARKING: There is free parallel parking (permit required which we provide inside the home for you to fill out upon arrival and place on your dashboard) out on 89A street leading up to the property. This parking is first come first serve. There is no designated spot for this home but parking is usually available. **NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safetyGETTING AROUND:During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay.Jerome is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. A short drive to Old Town Cottonwood & Clarkdale, 24 miles to Sedona, 72 miles to Flagstaff, 35 miles to Prescott, 2 ½ hours to the Grand Canyon!(AZ TPT #21450965)Guest accessYou will have access to the entire lower unit, including the covered back porch laundry room and covered front porch. Please note: the upper unit is regularly occupied by happy vacationers just like yourselves. There are separate entrances for these two spaces. Access for this unit is from the road below. ***Access to the upper back patio with the fire pit and lounging area is reserved for guests of the upper level unit. Please respect their privacy. ***There is parallel parking (permit required which we provide inside the home for you to fill out upon arrival and place on your dashboard) out on 89At leading up to the front of the property. There is no designated spot for this home but parking is usually available.Other things to noteThis area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.All parking on this street is first come, first serve and spaces are SHARED by the residents of this area! Please be respectful to our neighbors. You will need to fill out a Temporary Parking Pass (provided upon your arrival) and keep it in your vehicle’s dashboard when parked at this home.Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, events, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour (past the first hour). To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. Thank you for understanding.Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
