Timeless Charming Modern Home Timeless charm with modern comforts, this cozy home is perfect for friends, families or travelers looking for comfort and style. The house is located about 5 miles from the airport, 1 mile from IWU and ISU, and within walking distance to the hospital as well as Uptown; great location! The neighborhood is quaint, there is a grade school a few doors down with a nice jungle gym. The Constitution Trail is 1/2 mile from the house, perfect for pets, walks and biking. Or, just rest and relax at the house ☺️Relax and unwind on the front porch, two large wicker chairs, potted plants, great for morning coffee, evening drinks or watching squirrels, birds and mother nature. Very peaceful! The large steps leading to the front door as well as the large steps on the back patio are a favorite for guest. Great for taking group pics and plenty of seating on the steps for socializingLocation, atmosphere, decor and comfort are guest favorites!Location -The house is walking distance to uptown, ISU, IWU, the hospital, the Constitution Trail and lots more! Uptown, perfect area for dining, shopping and events. The Constitution Trail, 45 mile of hard surface throughout the Normal-Bloomington area; walking, biking, rollerblading or walking dogs, beautiful sceneryAtmosphere/Decor/Comfort -All modern yet cozy furnishing throughout the house. (3) smart tvs, streaming Hulu, high speed internet, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and fireplace light with remotes, comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house. Jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom2 Bedrooms with queen beds on the 1st floor(1) Futon, (1) queen air mattress (plug in, pillow top)Kitchen, Laundry Room and Bathrooms are stocked. Kitchen is stocked for cooking and dining. Jacuzzi, tub/shower upstairs., large shower in the basement, plush bath towels, shower bar stocked with essentials, laundry room has plenty of supplies as wellParking -The large driveway can fit 4 to 5 cars. Parking on the street is allowed on the opposite side of the house. If you are traveling with a dog, please inform me prior to check in as there is a pet fee of $100 per dog (max 2 please)Games -Corn hole, board games, puzzles, books, cards. 2 cruiser bikes in the the garage that guest are welcome to use to explore the area.
