Lakeshore Cottage Book your family getaway at this charming Newly Renovated Lakefront Home on Heaton Lake! Enjoy swimming, fishing! 3 Minutes from Ideal Beach Family Waterpark. Peaceful setting with a large back yard for games. Only 7 minutes from great food and shopping in Elkhart. Close to the Toll Road and 30 Minutes from the Notre Dame Stadium. Excellent Xfinity Wifi and TV. This is a very quiet neighborhood, No parties and there is a Zero noise policy after 9 PM.The water is less than 24" deep at the seawall and has a sand bottom that is great for swimming. There are 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids Kayaks, Paddleboat, and life jackets for adults and kids that you are welcome to use. There is a fishing boat with a 12 volt trolling motor that you can use, if the battery dies there is a charger in the shed where it can be recharged. There is firewood behind the shed and fire starter in the shed to build a campfire.
