You'll find a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped, a large dining room, a cozy living room, and a loft space that is perfect for kids! We're located about 10 minutes from the Memphis Raceway, 15 mins to 1-40, and 20 mins to downtown and Shelby Farms Park! Our house is perfect for all your Memphis needs and we would love to host you!The Space:Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, you'll see the spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, additional seating and a large smart TV on your right. Past the living room is the open-concept kitchen that is ready for all your cooking needs. The dining room rounds out the main floor living spaces and features a large dining table with bench seating. The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a king bed, oversized closet, and ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, which can be accessed from the stairs off the foyer. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin over twin bunkbeds, one queen bed, tv, and games, making it perfect for kids! There is a full hallway bathroom upstairs. There is a small patio with an outdoor dining area and charcoal grill available for use in the backyard!Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Please be aware that this home has street parking for guests.The Neighborhood:Our home is located on the Northeast side of Memphis in a residential neighborhood.Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
