Gorgeous Templeton Studio This adorable Templeton studio features a queen bed, full kitchen, full bath, plus both indoor and outdoor dining tables, BBQ and firepit. Nestled on the side of Templeton's tallest hill, choose between enjoying your coffee and the sunrise from your private porch, or having a glass of wine around your own wood-burning firepit. Take a nice quiet stroll to the Templeton park, admiring the beauty of our oak trees in this classic California small town. Check us out on Facebook & Instagram @templetonvacationrentalsThis unit features a window A/C unit and a space heater. Self check in. Very private in a safe and quiet neighborhood. In the shed, you will find chairs for the beach or lake plus a small cooler for picnic. Beach towels are also provided (please don't take our bath towels to the beach or lake)This lower level space is totally for guests, but the owner lives upstairs in a separate unit. No washer/dryer is available but if you need to do a load of laundry, let co-host Sarah know and it may be arranged. Note: the owner upstairs is a veterinarian and you may hear his beloved four rescue dogs during your stay. They are usually very quiet but bark when people arrive and/or leave the home, like any good watch dogs. My co-host Sarah or I will be available by phone for whatever you may need during your stay.A block away from Templeton park and Templeton's famous Saturday morning farmers Market. 1 mile away from Twin Cities Community Hospital.10 minute walk to nearest bus station. Secret walking routes down to the Salinas River and riverbed walking paths.The plumbing in this lower unit is very sensitive and is on a special pump to the street. Do NOT put anything but toilet paper in the toilet. $250 fine if any other materials are found in the toilet during/after your stay. If you notice water backing up in the shower or sink, turn off the sink or shower water immediately (don't let it fill) and flush the toilet three times in a row. That should clear the stoppage and kick the pump back on. If that does not work, contact the property manager via the booking app ASAP. Take care when walking up to and on the front porch, as there are no railings.
