Our recently renovated cottage provides modern day amenities with still maintaining the rustic, country feel. Relax in the hot tub and around the wine barrel fire pit on the back porch under the stars after a long day wine tasting in Paso Robles and Templeton. Sip wine on the patio while watching the sunset or if you are an early bird, sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise! This house offers gorgeous views and the peacefulness of the countryside for the perfect getaway. Check us out on Facebook & Instagram @templetonvacationrentalsCome and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Our cottage sits atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, cows and grazing sheep. You will likely see many of our animal neighbors roaming around - deer, quail, blue jays, rabbits, and squirrels. The patio offers panoramic views of wine country.The space features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, or families on a holiday vacation.The entire property is available for your enjoyment. We offer self check-in.We are located just 15-20 minutes from downtown Templeton, Paso Robles and Atascadero. We are also just minutes down the street from The Fableist, Still Waters Vineyards, and other award winning wineries.The property does require a short drive down a dirt road and up a small hill to complete the country feel!Our T.V. is hooked up to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Video or log in with your own credentials to your streaming services.We have installed a grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing around the propane fire pit. NOTE: We have security cameras for your protection and that of the property when vacant that record both audio and video 24/7. There are three outside cameras: two at each corner of the front of the home, casting out at the driveway and entryway and one on the west corner at the back of the home, casting out across the back patio and these cameras record both audio and video 24/7. Any tampering with the security cameras is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
