It's situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 101.Each bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom and sliding glass door to the backyard area. It has a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer in attached 2 car garage. All cleaning/laundry supplies are provided.Spectrum high speed internet is always available and there are 3 flat screen TVs.House has central A/C and heating.Garage and driveway parking available on the premises as well as tons of street parking.If you are looking for relaxing and quiet getaway, this house is perfect for you!!Other things to noteWe are conveniently located a mile from Hwy 101, Las Tablas Road exit and less than 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles.Each room that has a Smart TV. No cable, but we do have an antenna that provides local channels and over 100 others.-CHILDREN/BABIESWe have recently added the following items to accommodate guest with babies and/or toddlers. Brand new Peg Perego high chair, baby bath, safety gate, children’s dinnerware and a pack and play with sheets.-PET POLICYWe are dog friendly but please let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog. Maximum 2 dogs per stay, $50 per dog per stay. We will request the additional dog fee after booking. Please no dogs on the furniture.-HOUSE/PROPERTY RULES-There is no smoking indoors.-We ask that you respect the neighborhood and keep Quiet Time between 10PM -7AM
