Completely renovated, our 1 bedroom condo at the shores is spacious and contemporary. Large balcony to relax on. Two Flat screen TVs (cable included) in bedroom and family areas. Full bath with vanity area. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, panini grill, blender, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. This beautiful condo, bright and spacious, sits on Grand Traverse Bay in a setting of towering pines, a flowing stream, and a beautiful sandy beach. Our ground-floor condo is located on East Grand Traverse Bay at the intersection of US31 and M72. Pool access: This is a wonderful location regardless, however frustrating for all involved; this past year, the Resort that owns the pool put some strict policies in place only allowing guests that book directly through them or use it - even we as owners can't use it. That said, the beach is gorgeous, but they also host weddings there sometimes - however, you can walk along the beach to the left, and it extends to a public beach which is lovely too, and you'll always have access there. There is one little semi-workaround if you really want a pool; you can book a spa treatment at the Grand Traverse Resort, and you'll receive access to the pool and facilities for the rest of the day. Just request the code to access the pool/locker rooms, and you'll be able to use their indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, etc.You also already have access to their shops, restaurants, and golf. 😌-- Please input the correct number of guests to ensure our housekeepers are properly taken covered for laundry expenses!
