The water is usually quite calm and its not very deep at the property.This newly renovated riverfront home boasts stylish space for your family and friends. Direct river access (property is riverfront) for tubing, kayaking, lounging, and fishing. The home has a huge yard and front and back porch to take in the views, fire pit and easy access to all that Shenandoah Valley has to offer! The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.Some of the highlights of this home:*3 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is a detached garage which features a game room with foosball, arcade games and large TV!*Back deck with hot tub and views of the river*Stylishly furnished bedrooms and bathrooms, freshly painted, new lighting, updated kitchen and new flooring, tiled showers throughout!*All bedrooms feature high rated mattresses, luxurious bedding, All linens provided (please bring river towels)* Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an abundance of cabinetry, Quartz Countertops.
