Lovely Country Guesthouse - Sleeps 6 Our guesthouse is located on 55 acres which is 15 minutes from Fayetteville, AR (Razorback Stadium). We are located 20 minutes from War Eagle and 40 minutes to Eureka Springs. The main house was built in 1867 and was in the movie 'The Blue and the Gray'. The guesthouse was completed in 2008 and is about 1500 square feet. There are two private bedrooms--one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. There is also an enclosed sleeping porch with 2 twin beds. The living/dining room has a gas fireplace. There is a full kitchen and laundry room. The handicapped accessible bathroom has a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. Keywords: House
