Amazingly Serene Mountain Get Away In the land of waterfalls located at the Cherokee Foothills, there is a quaint mountain cottage nestled in the Jocassee Wilderness. Devil’s Fork State Park is 0.7 mile from the doorstep. The front porch has 2 rockers and a swing where deer can be seen walking through property. The back of the house has a screened and open air porch to relax, romance, and create family memories for a lifetime. The secluded home has outstanding views of the unspoiled wilderness for all seasons. The only lights seen at night are the stars and the sounds of crickets and tree frogs fill the air. Devils Folk has various picnic pavilions, multiple boat ramps with sufficient parking for boats of all sizes. No park pass provided. Breath taking Lake Jocassee is less than 1 mile, great for boating, tubing and skiing. Numerous islands accessed by water. There are quiet nearby paths for walking, biking, hiking or meandering. The endless miles of wilderness facilitate hunting and fishing for the outdoorsman.
