Charges start at $100 fee per occurrence or replacing things is more than $100, this fee and then some will be added to your charges.The House: Main Floor: There a few steps up to the kitchen (on the main floor) when you enter the home through the back. You will find a queen, king bed (has a tv), and living room (has a tv) space on this floor along with a bathroom that has a tub and a shower (to get the shower to work, run the water and pull down the faucet nozzle). Second Floor: As you go up the stairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a twin and queen and the other with a queen. There is a shower in a full bathroom on this floor and secondary cooling units in the home to make it cooler3 upstairs. Basement: You'll find the game room, very large table to seat everyone together, a living room space with tv and a futon that can be made into a bed.
