Spotless and Cozy Rental...just 6.5 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park. Immaculate. Pet Free. Smoke Free. Welcome to Chateau Georgetown. This apartment home can sleep up to 4 people. There are two large bedrooms; each bedroom has 1 queen size bed. There is one full bathroom (tile walk in shower). The spacious family room has a 52” flat screen smart TV and a comfy recliner. There is a small outdoor private deck off the kitchen with a patio set and umbrella. The kitchen is fully furnished; full-size refrigerator, full size 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of storage. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use. The home is smoke free and pet free. We have central air conditioning, Spectrum Cable Tv and Wifi.There is guest parking right in front of the apartment. We do not allow guest pets nor smoking on the property. Our No Pet policy is firm. This policy is to protect the health and safety of our own family. We live on site. I work in this building (in the other 2 apartments) full time (they are my art studio). So you will see me on the property during your stay.Please review our cancellation policy before you book with us. Our cancellation policy is key to us being able to continue offering short term stays. Traveler circumstances haven no impact on our cancellation policy. The City of Georgetown has implemented ordinances to regulate Short Term Rentals. If these ordinances are violated we can lose our business license. Therefore there are no exceptions to adhering to these ordinances; the maximum number of guests in the rental is 4, there are no parties of any kind allowed on the property and guests must follow all city parking laws. Chateau Georgetown is located only 3 blocks from downtown historic Georgetown. You will be walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping, an Irish Pub, Galvins sports bar and a Martini Bar. We are only 20 minutes from Lexington and less than 7 mi9les from the Kentucky Horse Park. We are convenient to Keeneland, The Red Mile Harness Track, Old Friends Farm, Lexington Airport, Toyota Manufacturing, University of Kentucky and Georgetown College. We are also close to Frankfort, the Bourbon Trail, several wineries and several adorable small Kentucky towns.
